How I support you
Therapy for adults & young people
I offer a holistic mind-body approach to therapy and work in private practice and acute mental health services, supporting adults and young people as they navigate recovery from physical and mental health challenges.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, or managing recovery from a chronic health condition, I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore how we can navigate life with more balance, resilience and calm, even when our nervous system seems to have other plans!

How I am different
Finding the right Therapist can feel overwhelming
So many approaches, so much jargon, and not to mention that worry about whether it will actually help. I get it. Reaching out takes courage, and you’re not alone in feeling uncertain.
Therapy with me is not about ‘fixing you’ – because you’re not broken. It’s about having a genuinely supportive space to explore what’s going on. Life is messy sometimes, emotions can feel scary, and healing isn’t linear, but with the right support, change can happen, and you can thrive.
I bring a down-to-earth approach to therapy that focuses on the mind-body connection, trauma recovery, and nervous system regulation. If life feels overwhelming, we’ll work together to find ways to make it more manageable.
Therapy is something I value in my own life. I know what it’s like to sit with painful stuff and come through the other side with more clarity and self-understanding.
If this sounds like what you need, let’s talk.
