I’m Nadyne, and I’m a Therapeutic Counsellor & Mind Body Psychotherapist based in Tunbridge Wells
I specialise in a holistic approach to therapy, using a combination of Mind Body techniques to support your well-being.
Working with you is a privilege and something I take very seriously.
I'm a passionate believer that we don’t fit into neat boxes: labels are for tins, not for people, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to well-being. I work in a trauma-informed and neuro-affirmative way, which means I respect and value the unique ways our different brains work. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, honouring your experiences.
I am fully insured and BACP accredited. This means I work ethically and safely, have undergone many years of training and clinical practice, and am committed to my ongoing personal and professional development. I do this to ensure I support myself and to help me support you.

Personalised Approach
Taking the first step together
People come to therapy for a variety of reasons, whether it’s emotional or physical health challenges, feeling stuck, relationship issues, grief, stress, or a tangled mix of life's burdens. Recognising the need for support and taking the first step is a courageous choice.
Together, we will explore approaches that work best for you. These include traditional talking therapy, mindfulness, emotional regulation, movement, meditation, and breathing for stress relief, and we could even get creative if that works for you. It's all about you and what works best for you.
